Welcome to RevealMyRoom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RevealMyRoom website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What we do

RevealMyRoom is a Knoxville, Tennessee service for homeowners. You upload a photo of your kitchen and choose a style, and we generate an AI-powered photorealistic preview of how your kitchen could look remodeled. If you'd like, we then connect you with a local remodeler who can offer a free, no-obligation in-home consultation. The Service is free for homeowners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner (or authorized to request work on the property) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to upload the photo you submit.

About the AI preview

Previews are computer-generated illustrations meant to help you imagine possibilities. They are not architectural plans, design documents, or guarantees. Actual remodeling results, materials, finishes, costs, and timelines depend on your space and the remodeler you choose, and will vary from any preview.

How we connect you with remodelers

RevealMyRoom is a free service that connects homeowners with local remodelers for a consultation the homeowner requests. We are not a contractor and do not perform remodeling work. Any consultation, estimate, contract, or work is solely between you and the independent local remodeler. We do not guarantee the services, pricing, quality, licensing, or conduct of any remodeler, and you are responsible for evaluating and selecting any professional you hire.

Your photo and content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You grant RevealMyRoom a limited license to use them solely to provide the Service — to generate your preview and to share your project details with the local remodeler who provides your consultation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share or that infringes on anyone's rights.

SMS messaging terms

If you opt in by checking the SMS consent box, RevealMyRoom will send you text messages about your kitchen remodel preview and free quote, including appointment and follow-up messages.

• Opting in is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of using the Service.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including that no mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or submit false, harmful, or infringing content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that previews or remodeler matches will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevealMyRoom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any dealings with a remodeler. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
